It has been WAY too long since my last update of all my Designs. Hopefully I'll be a bit more consistant in my updating from now on.
This is one I created at the start of winter. I thought a whimsical invitation would add to the coming holiday spirit. Winter invitations are always jovial, happy and heart-warming.
This is a twist on my Autumn Tree Invitation. I know it needs something more, but I can't quite put my finger on it... Perhaps a park bench or picnic table?
My latest wedding announcement/invitation. I like the difference between this and my previous designs. It's been refreshing for me. It's much lighter than I'm used to creating and has it's own sense of elegance.
Okay, I've never been to a house warming party, but If I have one or go to one, I would love to send or receive a fun invitation like this. It's a celebration of getting your own place and setting some roots.
This is a cute invite to customize for a baseball themed party, or sports in general, or even an outer-space theme. Colors can be easily changed to customize for whateveryou have in mind
This one I created while I was thinking of my little neice. She is a TOTAL girl. Mini-shopaholic and the whole nine yards. She adores pink and she looks adorable in these colors.
I've received a lot of family reunion letters, and they were always so "blah". For once I wanted to get something fun that I felt helped excited everyone for the coming gathering. Color and design are just there to be pretty. They move and create moods! One of my many reasons for adoring colors.
Here's a fun one for a neighborhood BBQ, or other friendly gathering. I've also used this template with green and brown earth tones.
I love glass tiles and slate rock. This is my take on a combination of both. I've used red rock tones with the template as well (hence the slate rock reference). I thought a hiking venture invite would a nice, refreshing take to friendly gatherings.
I love this design. I'm one for geometric shapes. This one if perfect for a birth announcement or birthday invite.
I love to create. I'm always looking for new things to create for my cards. The weirdest things can inspire me, but almost always something great comes from it. Not all inspirations are good, but its a learning and creative process. It's the start of my way of sharing my ideas and my talents. It's my way of expressing myself and making others feel happy. I also love a good challenge. Custom requests are a nice change of pace because it's figuring out how best to create something for someone and express what they want to say and feel. I sometimes wonder if I should have minored in graphic design, but that may be another venture for me sometime down the road. We shall see.
